These terms apply to all orders placed on

Order confirmation
A contract between you and Dreamvioa is formed when you receive our order confirmation email. Until that email is sent, we may decline an order — for example, if the product is out of stock or if we cannot verify the delivery address.

Pricing
All prices are in euros and include French VAT. The price displayed at checkout is the price you pay. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before order confirmation; if a correction affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding.

Right of withdrawal
As a consumer in France, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. You can exercise this right online through our Returns page or by emailing info@dreamvioa.com.

Liability
We are responsible for delivering your order in the condition described on the product page. Once the parcel is handed to the carrier and tracking confirms delivery, risk passes to you. If a parcel is lost in transit before delivery, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue at no cost to you.

Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly with us may be submitted to the competent French courts or to a consumer mediator.
