How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–5 business days within mainland France.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. All orders to mainland France ship free, with no minimum order value.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is dispatched. If it has been more than 3 business days and you have not received tracking, email info@dreamvioa.com.
How do I return something?
You can use the online withdrawal form on our Returns page, or email info@dreamvioa.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will send you a return authorisation number and the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue the refund within 1–2 business days. The money is returned to your original payment method; your bank may take up to 8 business days to show it.
What if my item arrived damaged?
Send photos to info@dreamvioa.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a return at our cost and either replace the item or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
Do you ship outside France?
No. We currently only ship to addresses within mainland France.
