What we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, delivery address, email address, phone number, and payment confirmation details. If you contact customer service, we keep the content of that correspondence.

Why we collect it
We use this information to process and deliver your order, to handle returns and refunds, to respond to your questions, and to meet our accounting and tax obligations under French law.

Who we share it with
We share your delivery details with the carrier assigned to your order. Payment data is processed by our payment providers (Visa/Mastercard via our payment gateway, and PayPal). We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 10 years to comply with French commercial and tax law. Customer service correspondence is kept for 3 years from the last contact. If you request deletion of your data outside these legal retention periods, we will comply within 30 days.

Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to info@dreamvioa.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés), the French data protection authority.
