Shipping policy

Where we ship
Dreamvioa currently ships to addresses within mainland France (France métropolitaine). We do not ship to French overseas territories, Corsica, or international destinations at this time.

Processing time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM CET on a business day are prepared the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM, or on weekends and French public holidays, are prepared the next business day. Your order leaves our warehouse within 1–2 business days.

Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery within mainland France takes 3–5 business days. These are estimates based on our carrier’s average performance. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location and seasonal volume.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free for all orders delivered within mainland France. There is no minimum order value.

Order tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us at info@dreamvioa.com.

Failed delivery
If the carrier cannot deliver your parcel because the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, the parcel may be returned to us. In that case, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery. Additional shipping costs may apply.
